Behind every great team is the support of the unsung heroes.  Here are the Deuce Bender coaches, trainers and batboys.

Deuce Bender, Songwriter/Executive Producer, travels to baseball games throughout the world, but always returns to the place and the team most dear to his heart, Seattle and the Mariners. Deuce has played in garage bands, is a big supporter of the arts and youth organizations, and though his chance at the majors has passed him by, he still can’t resist a turn in the cage.

Conrad Uno , (He's the one on the right) Producer, is founder of the infamous Seattle record label Popllama Products and has been helping to shape the Seattle music scene since the early ‘80’s. He’s produced/released dozens of the area’s top bands such as The Young Fresh Fellows, Fastbacks, Mudhoney, The Squirrels, Red Dress, Mono Men, Walkabouts, Supersuckers, Zeke, Love Battery, The Picketts, The Posies, and the Presidents of the USA. He and his wife Emily Bishton are not only long time Mariners season-ticket holders, but were actually married standing on top of the Mariner dugout, during batting practice, in the Kingdome in 1989.

Lance Morgan, Creative Director/Songwriter, was raised in Ballard, north of downtown Seattle and has been a Mariners fan since November 1976, when they picked outfielder Ruppert Jones 1st in the expansion draft. He is also the leader of occasional recording artists Monsters Under the Bed. A road trip veteran, his checklist of ballparks grows each summer and while not as extensive as Deuce’s, it's Getting Pretty Big

Lance Mercer, Photographer, began chronicling the NW region’s music scene in the mid-‘80’s. He released the Pearl Jam photo essay book Place/Date, with co-lensman and Seattle music icon Charles Peterson. Lance is also bassist for Seattle-based punk rockers The Briefs.

Johnny Sangster, Engineer/Musician, is one of Seattle’s top producer/engineer/musician combinations. He’s worked with some of Seattle’s best groups such as Mudhoney, The Posies, The Model Rockets and teeny-bopper sensations Smoosh. He is also a member of Dear John Letters and played guitar on the Deuce Bender Project.

Kurt Bloch, Assistant Engineer, is a long-time leader in Seattle’s music community and was a guitarist for The Cheaters, The Fastbacks, Young Fresh Fellows, The Squirrels, and has produced recordings for The Fastbacks, Supersnazz, Uncle Joe's Big Ol' Driver, Gas Huffer, Sicko and many others.

The fine folks at Rosacordis Design designed the artwork for the CD.

CD production was handled by the long-time independent music champions at Realtime.

Mark Guenther did a lot of drumming on the disc, but he’s also a master when it comes to mastering. He runs Seattle Disc Mastering when he’s not doing percussion.

The wonderful Deuce Bender Logo was designed by Larry Guilliatt.

The song Edgar was originally arranged by Julio Jaurequi

For the poem 1995 Steve Heinke and the crew at Pure Audio added the color necessary to truly experience the amazing ride of ’95.

And where would we all be without the Seattle Mariners? Well, you certainly wouldn’t be surfing this website! Thanks to the M’s. Though we’re not affilliated with them, we obviously couldn’t do this without them.
